The Baja Hot Dog... just do it.

But only eat one. When you see these little lights on the corner and there's a big crew of locals standing around you know you've just found the best hot dog cart in town. Fifteen pesos a dog gets you a bacon wrapped hotdog, in a steamed, slightly sweet bun, with mayo, ketchup, mustard- and here's where it gets good- a spicy chili relish, diced tomatos and onions.... YES! I'm on it tonight!

P-mac, Pilgy and Deacon are always on the best cart. This guy's name is Oaxaca... he kills it.
Oaxaca in action (pronounced Wha-ha-ka)- hands so fast, they're a blur!

Those bad boys are called DANGER DOGS...Jake loves em. Usually comes out after dark and located across from PEMEX on the road into town.
Great photos...keep em coming as Noah and I are checking daily!

Back in the office but thinking of you all in Todos.
Be safe.

I don't think "only eat one" is possible!

You gotta laugh--I watch the cooking channel-and those things are all the rage right now in New York--and in La they have a food truck that does a version! When I lived in Mex you didn't buy them unless you wanted to be sitting on the toilet all day the next day.
